What to include in the Refund Policy

Labor charges are generally non-refundable because they cover the time and expertise spent diagnosing and repairing your diesel vehicle. If there is ever a concern about the quality of work, we will review the service and work with you to find a fair solution. I take pride in what I do and I am 100% confident in the quality of my work.

Parts installed by Williams Diesel Performance LLC are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. If a part fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will help you with the warranty process according to the manufacturer’s terms. Labor related to replacing warranty parts may be billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing.
